Arctic Machine processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Finnish laws, regulations and guidelines by authorities, and good data processing practices. By using our website, you are agreeing to terms of service described above.

There are forms related to sending an offer and ordering a newsletter. From these forms your personal data will be saved to database. We also use database to maintain Arctic Machine webpage.

Processing of personal data

Arctic Machine only processes personal data in a manner that meets the requirements of the GDPR and has adopted the technical and organizational means required by GDPR to ensure data security in data processing.

Personal information is generally collected directly from the Registrant or is obtained from the use of Arctic Machine's services. Personal data is used to manage and maintain the customer relationship between Arctic Machine and the customer, and the information can be transferred to the Arctic Machine Customer Management System. Personal data is used for direct marketing and market research and updating the customer register. Customer may always be in contact with the controller to withdraw consent.

Personal data collected through the Website will not be processed for purposes other than those presented. The information is handled only by the persons who maintain the site and the persons responsible for Arctic Machine's customer relationships.

The legal basis for the processing is the provisions of the law and the Arctic Machine's obligations to Registered. The personal data of Registered will be processed on the following grounds:

- fulfillment of a legal, contractual or other legal obligation;

- fulfilling a legitimate interest based on Arctic Machine; and

- the execution of a contract in which the Registered is a party.

What types of personal data do we process?

The types of processed personal data include a company’s name, person’s name, phone number, e-mail address and description of tender. The information sent will be stored in the Database Register and will be stored for up to 2 years from the last contact if the applicable law does not change. We never pass on data to third parties outside the Arctic Machine group.

What are your rights?

If you wish, you can review the data submitted by and concerning you, and you have the right to demand that inaccurate information is rectified and to practice any other rights specified in the General Data Protection Regulation. You can contact Arctic Machine via e-mail

We wish you inform us in case we have stored inaccurate data of you and let us know which data is inaccurate and that you would inform us how data needs to be fixed. If you have informed us that data of you have some errors, you have right to ask us to restrict use of your data until errors have been fixed.

You can ask us to delete your data from database register literally via e-mail. We have rights to keep your personal data If there is some legal issue related to you and we need to keep your data until legal processes have finished.

To the extent that the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the Registrant, you may withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. You can also oppose the processing of personal data based on Arctic Machine law. However, if Arctic Machine has compelling legitimate grounds that override the interest, right or liberty of the Registrant, Arctic Machine may be entitled to continue processing.

If necessary, you can complain about the processing of your personal data to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
